Refund policy
Please contact us through the website to notify us of an issue. Because of our low prices we can not accommodate a money back return. We can however, offer an exchange within 7 days for another item currently online at equal to or lesser valid. Please Note: This will not act as a credit. This exchange must be completed within 7 days of item being sent back. (All Paypal, shipping and credit card fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.)
When returning shoes please make sure that they are placed inside a poly mailer or a separate box. Shoe boxes that are returned damaged or with tape on them will be unable to return and will be sent back to the buyer.
If you feel there is a mistake with your order, please notify us immediately upon receipt.
If a refund is necessary and the owner has agreed to process a refund, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs on return. Item and any taxes will be refunded in full minus charged or actual shipping costs (whichever is greater).
